Refund policy
You may change your mind within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order. In the case of an order including different items delivered at different times, the fourteen (14) day period will start from the receipt of the last product or package.
With your order, you will receive a sample that allows you to validate your purchase. You may request an exchange (one time only) for another perfume of the same order amount. In this case, the shipping costs are your responsibility. Samples cannot be exchanged or returned (whether individual or in a kit).
To do this, please send your request by email to info@cheriganparis.com. The products must be shipped complete, in perfect condition (unopened), in their original packaging to the indicated address.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of an error by CHERIGAN PARIS. In this case, we will send you a Colissimo return slip or reimburse the return shipping costs (see the "Receipt of the package and anomaly" paragraph).
We commit to refunding the returned products (or the entire order) using the same initial payment method, within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the date our services receive the products, provided the above-mentioned conditions are met.
