### Delivery Methods and Fees

 

#### 1.1 Delivery Methods

We offer one or more delivery methods depending on the delivery address provided at checkout.

 **Delivery by Colissimo**

The products ordered will be delivered to the postal address provided when the order is confirmed or when your customer account is created. To view your registered delivery addresses, log into your account under My Account, Your Details, and My Delivery Addresses.

 Once your order is shipped, you can track its shipment using the Colissimo tracking code sent to you via email or found on www.thedifferentcompany.com under My Account (Your Orders).

 When your parcel leaves France, our carrier Colissimo collaborates with local postal services to deliver your order. The local postal service then applies its conditions.

 As delivery is handled by a third-party provider, CHERIGAN PARIS cannot be held responsible if the failure or poor performance of this obligation is attributable to the consumer, to an unforeseeable or insurmountable act of a third party, or to a case of force majeure.

 

**Courier Delivery (Paris Intramuros and First Ring Only, Temporarily Unavailable)**

We also offer fast courier delivery within one (1) business day. Place your order before 11:59 PM, and it will be delivered the next afternoon (business day following the day you placed your order) between 4 PM and 6 PM. Courier delivery is only available in Paris and nearby suburbs.

 

When ordering on our website and choosing the Courier delivery method, please provide additional delivery information in the "comments" section, such as additional delivery details or delivery to a third party if necessary. You will be notified by email and SMS of your order's delivery.

 **In-Store Pickup (Paris)**

In-store pickup is only available at our CHERIGAN PARIS store located at 10 rue Ferdinand Duval (75004) in Paris. Orders are available the next business day in the store. This delivery method is not available for sample sets.

 #### 1.2 Delivery Times

Orders are prepared within an average of two (2) business days. In any case, the order will be executed within a maximum of thirty (30) days from the day following the date you placed your order on our website, subject to full payment.

 **Delivery by Colissimo**

Orders handled by the carrier Colissimo will be delivered within an average of:

- France: 2 business days from shipment

- Europe: 2 to 7 business days from shipment

- Worldwide: 2 to 15 business days from shipment

 Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in France are not considered business days.

 **Courier Delivery (Paris Intramuros and First Ring Only)**

The preparation time for a courier-delivered order is one (1) business day. It will be delivered the next business day following your order placement on our website, within a defined two-hour time slot: from 4 PM to 6 PM. You will be notified by email of your order's shipment.

 

**In-Store Pickup at CHERIGAN PARIS, Paris**

Orders for in-store pickup at CHERIGAN PARIS, located at 10 rue Ferdinand Duval 75004 Paris, are prepared within one (1) business day. The consumer's order will be available in-store the next business day following the day the order was placed on our website. Orders can be picked up from Tuesday to Saturday, from 2 PM to 6 PM. The consumer will be informed by email when the order is available in-store and can pick it up within fifteen (15) business days.

 

To pick up your order, please present yourself in the store with an ID and the confirmation email indicating your order is available for pickup.

 

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in France are not considered business days.

 

#### 1.3 Delivery Fees

During this challenging period, we offer free shipping under different conditions.

 **Colissimo Shipping Fees**

Any potential additional customs fees are the responsibility of the consumer.

 

**Courier and In-Store Pickup Fees (Delivery Methods for Paris Intramuros and First Ring, Depending on Period)**

In-store pickup is free.

 ### Tracking, Delivery Issues, and Reception

 #### 2.1 Tracking Your Order Delivery

As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us. You can then track your order's shipment via your customer account on our website under "Your Orders."

 

For Colissimo deliveries, we will provide you with your order's tracking code, which you can also find in your customer account. To track your parcel, visit our partner Colissimo's website and enter the provided tracking code. Our partner Colissimo will also keep you informed of your parcel's shipment status via email notifications sent to the email address registered in your customer account on our website.

 

For courier deliveries, you will be informed by our partner via SMS.

 

For in-store pickups, you will receive an email when your order is available in-store.

 

#### 2.2 Absence During Delivery/Pickup

 **Delivery by Colissimo**

France: In the event of absence during the delivery of your parcel to your home (parcels are handed over against the recipient's signature), our carrier Colissimo will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox. You must then contact Colissimo to arrange a new delivery date or a pickup point for your parcel. However, if you do not contact Colissimo, it will make two (2) additional delivery attempts at dates and times determined at its discretion.

Worldwide (outside France): In the event of the consumer's absence, the local postal service applies its conditions and will make the parcel available at the nearest post office.

To avoid this situation, we invite you to provide as much information as possible when validating your order online on our website and to name a second trusted person as the recipient of your order in case of absence (a person residing at the same address or a neighbor).

 **In-Store Pickup of Your Order (Paris)**

Your order will be waiting for you in the store for a period of fifteen (15) days. After this period, if you have not picked up your order, it will be canceled, and you will be refunded within seven (7) days from the notification of your order cancellation.

 

You can also mandate a close person to pick up your order in-store. In this case, we ask you to contact our store manager Yoann at +33 (0)1 42 78 19 34 or by email at ylb@thedc.fr to inform him and provide the name and first name of the person who will pick up your order on your behalf. This person must present an ID and the confirmation email of your order to pick it up on your behalf.

 #### 2.3 Delivery Delays

 **Delivery by Colissimo**

We invite you to report any delivery delay or anomaly as soon as possible by email at info@cheriganparis.com or by phone at +33 (0)9 81 72 83 95 so that we can provide you with more information and, if necessary, initiate an investigation with our partner Colissimo. The duration of an investigation depends on the Colissimo teams. We will keep you informed by email of each step and provide you with all the essential information regarding your order's delivery. If during this investigation the parcel is found, it will be immediately redirected to the delivery address provided when you placed your order.

 

However, if at the end of this investigation it is confirmed that the parcel containing the ordered product(s) is lost, CHERIGAN PARIS will, at its expense, resend your order or, in the event of permanent unavailability of one or some products, refund you, via the payment method chosen when the order was placed, the amounts received according to the terms of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 **In-Store Pickup of Your Order (Paris)**

You will be informed by email of your order's availability in-store. We ask that you do not go to the store until you have received the confirmation email.

 

#### 2.4 Order Preparation Delays

It is possible that we encounter a delay in preparing your order. In these rare cases, we will notify you by email and keep you informed of your order's preparation and shipment progress.

 

In the event of exceeding the maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days, and if your order has not been shipped by our services, you can cancel your order within fourteen (14) days by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to the following address:

 Upon receipt of your letter or withdrawal form, and if the delivery has not occurred in the meantime, CHERIGAN PARIS will refund the total amount of your order via the payment method used when you made the purchase on our site, within seven (7) days following receipt of the order cancellation.

 #### 2.5 Partial Delivery

If you do not receive all of your parcels or ordered products, we invite you to contact our customer service as soon as possible: by phone at +33 (0)9 81 72 83 95, or by email at info@cheriganparis.com.

We will ask you to provide us

  with photos of the package received, including the visible label on the front of the package, and the content of the package received. We will then initiate an investigation with our carrier Colissimo and keep you informed of its progress.

 #### 2.6 Parcels Returned to Sender by Carrier and/or Unclaimed

If the parcel is returned to us because it was not claimed by you at the post office or because the delivery address was incorrect, we will notify you by email and proceed with a refund of the total amount of your order (except for delivery fees), via the payment method used when you placed your order on our website, within seven (7) days of receiving the returned parcel.

 

We invite you to place a new order on our website and carefully check the delivery address provided.

 ### 2.7 Receipt of Parcel and Anomalies

 Every delivery is deemed completed upon confirmation from our carrier, as indicated by the control system used by the carrier.

 You must immediately verify the conformity and integrity of the shipped product(s) upon receiving your parcel.

 **In case of breakage**, please contact our customer service immediately by email at info@cheriganparis.com, providing a copy of your invoice and photos of the observed damage. After an investigation, if it is confirmed that the breakage was caused by the transport (or if it is a production defect), we will send you a new product to replace the damaged and unusable product at our expense.

 **In case of a shortage**, please refer to the dedicated section, "Partial Delivery."

 **In case of an exchange**, meaning you received one or more products instead of the products ordered, please contact our customer service promptly by email at info@cheriganparis.com, sending photos of the received products and a copy of your invoice. If it is confirmed that there was an error in preparing your order, we will send you a return Colissimo voucher to ship the incorrectly received products back to us in perfect condition, and we will send the missing products from your order at our expense.

 ### Right of Withdrawal and Return

 #### 3.1 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

 You have a right of withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order. In the case of an order including different items delivered in several installments, the fourteen (14) day period starts from the receipt of the last product or parcel.

 In thiscase, please submit your request at https://retour.sympl.fr by filling in the required fields, or by email at info@cheriganparis.com. You may withdraw from your entire order or only certain products from your order. Once we receive your withdrawal request, our customer service will contact you to provide the return instructions and conditions. See below for more information.

 #### 3.2 Returning Product(s)

 

Once we receive your withdrawal request, we will provide you with the necessary information to return the concerned product(s). The products must be shipped complete, in perfect condition, in their original packaging to the address indicated on the return voucher.

 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error comes from CHERIGAN PARIS. In this case, we will send you a Colissimo return voucher or reimburse the return shipping costs (see the section "Receipt of Parcel and Anomalies").

 Once the products are received, we will inspect them to ensure all the above requirements are met.

 Samples, whether individual or in kits, are not returnable or refundable.

 #### 3.3 Refund

 If the consumer withdraws from the entire order, CHERIGAN PARIS must refund the total amount paid, except for the delivery costs.

 We commit to refunding the returned products using the same initial payment method, within a maximum of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the products by our services, provided the above-mentioned conditions are met.

 In the case of returning the product(s) outside the specified period or if the requirements stated above are not met, you will not be refunded.

 You have a right of withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your order. In the case of an order including different items delivered in several installments, the fourteen (14) day period starts from the receipt of the last product or parcel.

 In this case, please submit your request by email at info@cheriganparis.com. You may withdraw from your entire order or only certain products from your order. The products must be shipped complete, in perfect condition (unopened), in their original packaging to the address indicated on the return voucher.

 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the error comes from CHERIGAN PARIS. In this case, we will send you a Colissimo return voucher or reimburse the return shipping costs (see the section "Receipt of Parcel and Anomalies").

 Once the products are received, we will inspect them to ensure all the above requirements are met. If the consumer withdraws from the entire order, CHERIGAN PARIS must refund the total amount paid, except for the delivery costs.

 We commit to refunding the returned products (or the entire order) using the same initial payment method, within a maximum of seven (7) days from the date of receipt of the products by our services, provided the above-mentioned conditions are met.

 In the case of returning the product(s) outside the specified period or if the requirements stated above are not met, you will not be refunded.
